Brother Joseph Dutton Day

There is a bill in the Hawaii State Legislature, H.B. 340, which would establish April 27 (Dutton’s birthday) as Brother Joseph Dutton Day. The bill has passed the State House of Representatives and the Senate has passed its own version. The two versions differ in the effective date.
